Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
More than 72 hours before tour:
Full refund (100% of tour cost)
48-72 hours before tour:
75% refund
24-48 hours before tour:
50% refund
Less than 24 hours before tour:
No refund (non-refundable)
Weather & Emergency Cancellations
In case of severe weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies that make it unsafe to conduct the tour, All NY Fun Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty, subject to availability.
- First rescheduling: Free of charge (48+ hours notice)
- Second rescheduling: $25 administrative fee
- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice: Subject to availability and may incur additional fees
If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour without prior notification, the full tour cost is forfeited and non-refundable.
We understand emergencies happen. If you're running late or unable to attend, please contact us immediately at +1 (646) 205-8188. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Medical Emergencies:
In case of documented medical emergencies, we may offer a full refund or credit toward a future tour. Medical documentation may be required.
Travel Disruptions:
If your travel to NYC is disrupted due to airline cancellations, natural disasters, or government-mandated travel restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund at our discretion.
