All NY Fun Tours provides private, personalized, and customizable tour experiences in New York City and select destinations. Our services include:
- Private walking tours of NYC neighborhoods
- Food and culinary experiences

- Custom itinerary planning
- Virtual tour experiences
- Corporate team-building events
Note: All tours are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule tours due to circumstances beyond our control.
1. Booking Process
Tours can be booked through our website, by phone at +1 (646) 205-8188, or via email at info@allnyfuntours.com. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Payment
Payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and payment through approved third-party processors (Stripe, Klarna).
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking will be the price displayed at the time of booking confirmation.
4. Deposits
For custom private tours, a 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due 48 hours before the tour date.
Our cancellation policy is detailed in our Return & Cancellation Policy. Key points:
- More than 72 hours before tour: Full refund
- 48-72 hours: 75% refund
- 24-48 hours: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
By booking and participating in our tours, you agree to:
- •Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
- •Follow the instructions and guidance of your tour guide
- •Behave respectfully toward the guide, other participants, and the public
- •Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs prior to the tour
- •Ensure minors are accompanied by a responsible adult
- •Take responsibility for your personal belongings
Important: We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive without refund.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in tours involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to walking, exposure to weather, and interaction with the urban environment. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, All NY Fun Tours, its officers, employees, agents, and guides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific tour in question.
Travel Insurance Recommendation

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, and software, is the property of All NY Fun Tours or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

All credit decisions and terms are determined solely by the payment provider.
